Technology House History

Net-Work Internet Ltd acquired the property in late 1999 with the original aim to relocate to a more rural location after many years of operating a successful Internet solutions business within offices in the center of Chester and Wrexham. Net-work also wanted to encourage the migration of badly needed high technology service industries into the region. This objective has now been achieved with approval of the local authorities and the WDA, not to mention the local community.With support from the WDA it is hoped that other similar businesses will follow this lead into the Vale of Clwyd.

1800s
The property was originally built in the late 19th Century for a wealthy timber merchant. The original building still maintains both exterior and interior contemporary features.

1999
Net-work Internet acquired the building and began the office conversion with the purpose to house its head office and to accommodate associate technology businesses who also wanted to relocate into the area.

2000
Construction work was completed and first tenants arrive.

Present day
